I'm Christopher Ellery a hugely passionate conservation wildlife filmmaker, working closely with conservation charities and good causes, hopefully you’ve had a chance to look at some of the broadcast productions & corporate films that we have produced over the years and be confident that DC Media would craft a totally unique film for your company or organisation.


I have worked on major television productions as a cameraman and editor BBC Countryfile, Cactus TV, Cwmni Da Productions, Channel4 & Channel5 as well as producing promotional films for Plantlife, HRH The Prince of Wales patron of Plantlife a conservation charity with 23 nature reserves across the UK, as well as support from the then UK Prime Minister David Cameron who endorsed the Macular Society film that I produced in 2015.

2010 commissioned by the General Council of the Bar to produce a short film entitled "Future of the Bar Symposium". The General Council of the Bar, commonly known as the Bar Council, is the professional association for barristers in England and Wales. Established in 1894

2013 commissioned by Plantlife to produce the 20th Anniversary film that celebrated the charities 23 nature reserves located across the UK.

2013 Brand new series commissioned by Cwmin Da for Channel 4 Wild Things 

worked as Camera Operator/Stop Motion and Macro Specialist

2014 commissioned by the Alladale Estate in Scotland to create a short film

about the Alladale Wilderness Reserve in the Caledonian Forest,

Paul Listers rewilding passion project introducing Wolves and Lynx to Britain

Bear Grylls Survival Academy is located at Alladale

2014 worked as a DP/Director on a passion project film about

Grey Seal Pups off the Pembrokeshire Coast

with Powell Strong, Marine Biologist and Justina Simpson, itv Presenter

2015 commissioned by Vivo Edge & Macular Society to produce a film

to bring awareness of Macular Degeneration, endorsed by the UK Prime Minister, David Cameron

Current project 5ive Tribes a passion project that combines my love of landscape photography and filmmaking to teach, inspire and share my knowledge.
